Error Downloading Windows Updates (BITS problem)

I had encountered a sort of problem in downloading and installing updates using the Windows Automatic Updates, I am using my Windows Server 2003 SBS, i have tried several actions using the below some suggested sites but no luck.

To resolve the problem, download the Helpsvcfix utility and run it. Click the Inspect and Fix Helpsvc button once. Note that this utility requires administrator credentials to run. Restart Windows for the changes to take effect.

Download this tool --> Helpsvcfix.zip ( which includes helpsvcfix.exe and the readme.txt files)

Got that tool very useful that fixed my BITS services with Error 2 and Error 1803... you may need to reboot your computer after using this tool.

This is also applicable to Windows XP and Vista.
